1. Introduction
Welcome to ArdayKaabe! As an instructor, you play a vital role in delivering quality education to students. These Instructor Terms and Policy outline the expectations, responsibilities, and guidelines for teaching on our platform.

2. Instructor Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, accurate, and engaging educational content.
  • Conduct classes professionally and respectfully.
  • Ensure that course materials align with the agreed-upon curriculum.
  • Maintain timely communication with students and respond to queries promptly.
  • Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Adhere to scheduled class timings and notify students in advance of any changes.

3. Course Content and Delivery

  • Instructors must create original content or have permission to use third-party materials.
  • Course materials must be free from inappropriate, offensive, or misleading information.
  • Live sessions and recorded content should be clear and well-structured.
  • Any supplemental materials must be relevant and beneficial to students.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Instructors must treat students with professionalism, dignity, and respect.
  • Discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.
  • Harassment, bullying, or any form of misconduct will result in immediate termination.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of student information and data.

5. Payment and Compensation

  • Payment structures will be defined in individual contracts with ArdayKaabe.
  • Instructors must comply with the agreed-upon payment schedule.
  • Fraudulent or dishonest conduct in billing or payment will lead to termination.

6. Revenue Sharing Model

  • Instructors will receive a percentage of revenue generated from their courses.
  • The revenue split will be determined based on factors such as course pricing, enrollment numbers, and platform fees.
  • Payments will be disbursed on a regular basis, as specified in the contract.
  • Any changes to the revenue model will be communicated in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Instructors retain ownership of their original content but grant ArdayKaabe a non-exclusive right to use and distribute course materials.
  • Unauthorized use of third-party copyrighted material is prohibited.

8. Termination Policy

  • ArdayKaabe reserves the right to terminate an instructor’s contract due to policy violations.
  • Instructors must provide notice if they wish to discontinue their courses.

9. Amendments and Updates

  • ArdayKaabe may update this policy as needed, and instructors will be notified of significant changes.
